We know what it takes to make our clients succeed.Summary:Manages housekeeping functions and staff to ensure property guest rooms are clean and well maintained.
Directs and works with team to successfully execute all housekeeping operations. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Ensures that standards and procedures are being followed.What will I be doing?Responsible for the overall management of the entire housekeeping department to include room turn times, customer service scores and profitability.Manages a base of 50+ employees.Key interface between client property senior management and The Service Companies Senior ManagementUphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct Publicly recognizes and rewards employees.Follows and teaches all required safety and standard operating procedures.Adheres to all company and regulatory policies.
