We're revolutionizing the delivery of Healthcare and we need a Director of Healthcare Quality to report to the Chief Medical Officer.Responsibilities:* Responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating all aspects of DocGo's Quality Improvement Program.* Ensures clinical programs & initiatives meet the criteria established by regulatory agencies.* Organizes, leads, and oversees Quality Committee meetings* Develops and tracks Quality metrics* Manages DOH readiness and inspections* Authors and oversees Plans of Correction* Assists the Leadership Team with development and implementation of Quality improvement activities.* Ensures proper reporting requirements are met.* Works in conjunction with the Clinical and Operations staff in their individual functions provide quality patient care.* Leads the CQI process to ensure staff compliance with all policies and procedures.* Participates in Lean and other activities necessary to implement a multi-disciplinary patient centered approach.* Coordinates and facilitates patient flow processes.* Other duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:* RN, LPN, APP* Minimum two (2) years of Quality Management experience* Proven track record of organization, attention to detail and ability to respond promptly to requests, anticipate organizational needs, and maintain efficient office operations.* A passion for healthcare and Quality improvement* Demonstrated ability to research, and analyze operational data* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:* Previous physician practice and/or hospital quality experience preferred* Experience working in a multi-site and/or multi-state organization preferred.* TJC, CMS, NCQA, AHRQ, ISO experience highly preferredEEO/AAP Statement: DocGo is an equal opportunity employer.
