In one of the fastest-growing Keller Williams offices in New Jersey, we are looking for an incredible Team Leader/CEO to take on a full-time role that will bring out their energy, excitement, and leadership qualities. The ideal candidate has a track record of accomplishment as a leader and is well-versed in KW systems and business models. Given that you must relocate to the NJ market, this is an incredible opportunity.

The ideal candidate is a high achiever who has achieved success in all spheres of their lives—personal, professional, and business. They need to be vibrant, self-assured, and externally focused, with a strong feeling of urgency. Additionally, they have outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, which help people build relationships. To accomplish KWGI aims and Market Center standards, this person must be conversant with the tools used by the Keller Williams Growth Initiative to direct these goals and follow the OP strategy. When they engage with others, they must naturally demonstrate the WI4C2TS belief system. They are ready to provide the future Keller Williams generation opportunity since they are trailblazers.

The ideal applicant places themselves in the top five percent of their office, has at least two to three years of real estate sales experience, and is familiar with financial reporting. They have a focus on achieving their goals and are looking for a platform to do so.

Compensation

  • Expected first-year income (base salary & commission): $150,000 - $250,000+

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

What will you do?These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

  • Lead the Market Center
  • Implement OP’s vision
  • Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability
  • Consult the top 20 percent of associates to increase productivity and retention
  • Lead the development of associates to minimum average income per associate
  • Attain a dominant market share in target markets
  • Build Market Center to acceptable profitability
  • Consult the administrative staff and provide training opportunities

Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire)
  • Share Market Center value/opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates
  • Share Market Center value with recruits
  • Oversee the training for existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key areas of business
  • Lead sales and business meetings
  • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
  • Facilitate regular sales meetings
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates

Communications/Interactions

  • Staff – To set goals, plan, work on projects and tasks – daily
  • Sales Associates – Set goals, plan, train, and develop careers – daily
  • Lead Generation of Sales Associates – To join the company – daily/weekly
  • Buyers/Sellers/Vendors – When problems arise – weekly
  • Operating Principle/MCA – Monitor progress regarding appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profit (Four Conversations) – weekly
