As we look to sustain our success and expand our reach, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Growth to utilize our exceptional past performance to create revenue opportunities in new agencies and program offices and develop long-term contract vehicle options to allow customer access for portfolio managers.

Job Description: As the Director of Growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our federal government practice. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the growth strategy for our Federal Civilian and Department of Defense portfolios. Additionally, you will work to develop and manage contracting vehicles to support portfolio managers in their business development endeavors. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building successful relationships, securing partnerships, and driving business development in the federal government sector.

Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Work closely with the executive team to develop and refine the growth strategy for our Federal Civilian and Department of Defense practice.
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the federal government sector, focusing on expanding our client base and revenue streams.
• Partnership Building: Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and other organizations to enhance our presence and capabilities.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, government initiatives, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making and business development efforts.
• Proposal Development: Lead the development of compelling and competitive proposals for federal government opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a comprehensive approach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Significant exposure to business development and growth strategy within the federal government consulting space.
• Strong understanding of the Federal Civilian and Department of Defense sectors, with a network of contacts and relationships.
• Demonstrated success in securing partnerships and developing client relationships.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Security clearance (or ability to obtain one) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
