About the Role 
The Head of Marketing leads and manages all segment marketing activity globally to drive incremental growth and market share. If you are a strategic, globally oriented, and hands-on leader ready to lead a global team, we are looking for you! 
 
What will you be doing 

  • Set marketing strategy and vision to deliver top-line growth and increased market share. Develop strategies to achieve business goals. This includes developing and executing strategy across Demand Generation, Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand and Social. 
  • Responsible for building connections with Dropsuite partners to understand their requirements and create opportunities for their success. 
  • Identify new opportunities and markets using market data, customer research and insights, competitive intelligence, and needs in the market to support the expansion and optimization of existing products. 
  • Introduce new products, and customer segmentation initiatives that will drive partner experience and create new revenue streams for the company. 
  • Build and enhance an effective and collaborative global team that meets the needs of regional sales leadership and the partners they serve. 
  • Continually review and enhance marketing processes, information systems, and tools to support sales initiatives and standards.

Required education, experience & skills: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field 
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years of managing teams  
  • Exceptional leadership skills and a team-player mindset, promoting a collaborative environment. 
  • A proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns that enable sales teams 
  • Strong knowledge of functional marketing: strategic planning, market research, marketing communications, with high emphasis on creating demand with MSP’s/other partner types. 
  • Experience in working with Salesforce, Pardot and other Marketing Automation solutions preferred 
  • Ability to travel periodically when needed
