Floral Clerks

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers with their retail purchases, including sales and upselling
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
- Assist with floral design and arrangement, if applicable
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive and friendly experience for customers
- Experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to effectively sell products
- Familiarity with floral design, if applicable to the position
- Multilingual skills, including fluency in English and any additional languages, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment
- Basic math skills for retail calculations and transactions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.75 - $18.20 per hour
