```Duties```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards
- Supervise and train staff members in all areas of Food and Beverage service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and appealing menus
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team
- Proficient in kitchen management, including food preparation and cooking techniques
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong bar knowledge

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
