Director of Financial Systems will provide accounting and financial control work for the Finance Department.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees accounting functions.
- Supervises and schedules staff in organization support operations.
- Assists CFO in staffing decisions in the Finance Department.
- Assists with performance evaluations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Maintains full integrity of all revenues, ensuring organization policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws and regulations, are followed.
- Oversees capital assets projects, ensuring organizations goals are being met.
- Compiles fiscal estimates and prepares fiscal reports as requested.
- Ensures compliance with accounting procedures through observation, supervision, and testing.
- Develops procedures that ensure collections are complete and current.
- Performs other related duties as requested.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent managerial skills and ability to evaluate the work of others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of organizations applicable financial practices and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of state and federal rules and regulations.
- Proficient with accounting software and standard office and accounting equipment.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance required.
- CPA designation highly preferred.
- Three years of management experience in finance with a similar organization or with a major CPA firm.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
