Director of Finance & M&A will be responsible for providing strategy mapping and overseeing M&A (pre/post) transactions for clients within the entertainment & tech sector. Engaging role different from a typical head down corporate finance role. Company prides themselves on work-life balance and has clear paths designated for upward mobility. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee projects relating to M&A
• FP&A process improvement
• Strategy (100 day plans)
• Business model transformation
• Readiness Assessment

Qualifications:

• 6 - 12+ years of experience
• CPA highly preferred
• Big 4 or Mid-Tier Public Accounting within M&A required
• Tech/Entertainment experience (highly preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel with financial modeling skillset
