The Opportunity:
We're looking to add our first Director of Finance who is energized by the prospect of building out and scaling an FP&A function within a high-growth organization. In partnership with the CFO, you'll be responsible for a wide range of activities, including monthly/quarterly/annual financial planning processes, including long range planning, budgeting & forecasting, and quarterly board presentations.

How You'll Contribute at Fuel Me:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning processes, including Long Range Planning, Annual Budgets, Monthly Forecasts, and Quarterly Board Presentations
- Responsible for leading FP&A efforts as well as building out financial models from scratch (Ex. Building out 3-statement financial model and sales commission model in Excel)
- Responsible for conducting monthly business reviews. Develop and update departmental performance metrics.
- Responsible for managing a financial analyst with dotted line relationships to accounting
- Partner with the CFO to define objectives, build forecasts and budgets, and track performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive strategic finance initiatives to achieve growth and profitability goals
- Lead the preparation of internal and external reporting packages for management, auditors and investors
- Manage aspects of a debt facility, including bank relationships, credit agreements, covenant compliance
- Develop processes, vendor relationships, and operations infrastructure to efficiently and effectively manage the company's current operations as well as plan for future growth
- Drive continuous improvement to financial processes and workflows, and make recommendations to the company as needed to further optimize efficiencies and financial opportunities
- Prepare pitch decks and financial projections for potential investors. Potential to be involved in future capital raises.
What You'll Bring to Fuel Me:
- 8-10+ years relevant FP&A experience ideally within fast growing businesses
- Experience working in venture-backed or PE-owned companies
- Early professional services background in investment banking, public accounting, or consulting is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent from top university.
- Exceptional Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Fanatical attention to detail.
