The Director of Facilities, Maintenance, and Operations within trucking operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of Facilities management, maintenance, and operational efficiency within the company's transportation infrastructure. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and deep knowledge of trucking operations, maintenance best practices, and regulatory compliance.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, and operations within the trucking or transportation industry.
- Strong knowledge of trucking operations, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving operational excellence and cost savings.
- Proficiency in budget management, project management, and vendor relations.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and Fleet maintenance software.
- Certification in facilities management, logistics, or related field is a plus.
