JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Enrollment for the Professional and Graduate Studies (PGS) enrollment team will provide supervision for PGS Enrollment Counselors (EC). The position load is comprised of 50% supervisory responsibility and 50% as an Enrollment Counselor. This position may be on-campus, remote, or hybrid.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Director of Enrollment Essential Functions:
- Lead and cultivate a flourishing EC team.
- Monitor EC time-off requests and leave.
- Conduct monthly EC team meetings.
- Hire, train and mentor new ECs.
- Maintain enrollment reports and documents.
- Update communication plans and templates.
- Attend PGS leadership and directors meetings.
- Monitor enrollment from a budgetary standpoint and partner with the Director of Operations in collaboration with the VP of Enrollment, Marketing, and Operations, the VP of Academic Affairs, and the Chief Academic Officer to set targets and achieve budgeted revenue projections.
- Facilitate regularly scheduled EC team meetings with Program Directors
- Partner with PGS Program Directors to accurately and effectively communicate academic programs to prospective students.
- Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned by the Vice President of PGS Enrollment, Marketing and Operations.
Enrollment Counselor Essential Functions:
- Apply proven recruiting methods to help students connect with SNU. This includes prompt follow-up with prospective students using telephone (call/text) and email.
- Enter and maintain information in Recruit (CRM) according to Lead Policy.
- Meet enrollment goals and objectives set by SNU administrative leadership.
- Work directly with the PGS Operations to track paperwork and update progress in the system.
- Articulate financial aid estimates.
- Articulate transcript reviews.
- Work with various PGS departments to assist the prospective student through the enrollment process.
- Understand University's policies and processes and U.S. Department of Education guidelines.

- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong understanding of leading with a growth mindset

- Typing and spelling competency

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Leadership, Higher Education, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in adult Christian higher education
- Experience with Ellucian CRM
Supervision Received:
Receives supervision and work assignments from VP of Enrollment, Marketing and Operations.
Supervision Exercised:
Is responsible for the oversight and coordination of work responsibilities of Enrollment Counselors.
