Director Of Engineering & Quality - Src Electrical

What you will do: The Director of Engineering and Quality will lead the Engineering, Maintenance and Quality teams with responsibilities over all product lines (including rotating electrical, mechanical, electronics, and EV battery) and product launch, product and process engineering, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, quality systems, and warranty.

Qualifications/Skills Preferred:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• At least ten years of related experience required.
• Extensive technical knowledge of Engineering and product development.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to develop and implement solutions
• Excellent financial skills and ability to analyze financial data in an open book environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Preferred APQP or AIAG experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
