SalaryWe are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering & Technical Servicesto lead, manage & direct the operations from a technical, mechanical and systems standpoints at out Prescott, WI location. This includes providing first class maintenance in our customer's facilities which includes thorough assessments of all systems and the creation of preventative and prescriptive maintenance programs. The Director of Engineering & Technical Services will play an active role in the supervision of the activities of the facilities services team and outside contractors. This individual will also ensure that all services are provided in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Education:
- Four year degree in a facilities management, engineering or business management discipline or relevant work experience is required
- Consideration for candidates with engineering & facilities management certifications
Special Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local building codes
- Understanding of facilities management relationships with various client accreditation programs
- Ability to effectively communicate with customer and subordinates
- Ability to develop and manage the facility operation's budget
