Director Of Employee Experience

Vetcor is looking for Director of Employee Experience to lead the charge in shaping and enhancing our workplace culture. You will be the driving force behind creating and executing strategies that strengthen employee engagement, promote diversity and inclusion, and drive a sense of purpose and belonging among our team members.

The goal of the Employee Experience program is to deliver strategies and programs to increase retention and team member engagement through a fantastic Employee Experience. Vetcor’s Director of Employee Engagement will work cross functionally with other HR team members as well as managers, and representatives from other departments to collaborate on the program's development.

Individuals with several years of experience as a manager supporting Employee Experience will find this an exciting opportunity to take the next step in their career. 

Responsibilities:

• Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement an employee engagement strategy aligned with Vetcor’s values and overall culture.
• Recognition and Rewards: Develop and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge team member achievements and contributions.
• Onboarding and Orientation: Design and execute a seamless onboarding process to introduce new employees to Vetcor’s culture and to clarify their roles and responsibilities.
• Learning and Development: Establish a roadmap to provide learning and development opportunities for employees, including training, mentorship, and career growth programs.
• Inclusivity:  Outline short-term and long-term strategies to advance our current approach to  creating a caring and inclusive environment for all employees.
• Wellness: Establish a wellness model by identifying appropriate model components including physical and emotional wellbeing, stress management, and work-life balance.
• Listening Strategy: Determine a long-term strategy for gathering feedback and insights with regards to engagement drivers, culture, and employment-related needs through employee surveys and other feedback channels. 
• Measurement: Success measurement should include regular reporting and KPIs demonstrating the impact of the programs and strategies deployed. 

Qualifications:

• Experience working in the Veterinary industry is a plus.
• Previous experience in HR, organizational development, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing employee engagement strategies and initiatives.
• Strong background of working with employee engagement metrics and data.
• Team player who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve engagement goals.
• Passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive workplace.
