Working as the Director of Dining Services you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day foodservice operations. You will manage and lead a team of employees and you will be responsible for managing client relationships, profitability of the account, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of proper serving temperatures and HACCP standards
- Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
- Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food
- Rolls out new culinary programs in conjunction with sector marketing and culinary team
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in food service management
- Three years progressive hospitality experience is desired
- Ability to communicate on various levels to include management, customers, client and associate
- Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
- Knowledge of financial, budgetary, accounting and computational practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
