Job Description: The Argyle Assisted Living is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dining Director to lead our culinary team and oversee dining operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences, a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards, and a strong dedication to our residents' well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary management, preferably in a senior living or hospitality setting.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in menu planning, recipe development, and culinary techniques.
