Job Title:Director of Cybersecurity & Infrastructure

Reports To: Managing Director of System Support
Compensation: $110,000
TRS Classification: Non-Classified
Summary:
The Director of Cybersecurity and Infrastructure will be at the forefront of safeguarding our organization's critical assets, overseeing a team responsible for network administration, system administration, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and enterprise applications. This role will be pivotal in ensuring our technological infrastructure's resilience, security, and optimal performance.

This role will be pivotal in ensuring our technological infrastructure's resilience, security, and optimal performance.

- Drive the development and execution of a comprehensive Cybersecurity and Infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals
- Develop a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting continuous learning and development
- Communicate effectively with teams and external partners to drive collaborative technology efforts
- Collaborate with administrators to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
- Oversee the deployment, security, and maintenance of enterprise applications critical to business operations, aligning strategies with organizational objectives
- Direct the implementation of Cybersecurity policies, leading incident response efforts to ensure swift and effective resolution of security incidents
- Manage a professional relationship with MSP's and third-party vendors
- Work with the Managing Director of System Support and other peer-level management to discuss and communicate updates related to systems
- Supervises 3-5 specialists
- Associate's Degree or greater in a Technology field is required
- 3-5 years experience with System Administration or Google Administration
- Knowledgeable of the following technologies or their equivalents:
- Google Admin - Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 Admin
- Telecommunication Applications
- Sophos Network Administration
- Cloud Filtering
- Jamf / Apple School Manager
- MDR, XDR & EDR Services
- Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure proper integrations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; demonstrated ability to present effectively and persuasively.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Ability to learn information systems quickly, work independently, and to be effective in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Extensive experience with core software applications,
- Strong research abilities.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and the Google Suite with the ability to manage multiple computer screens.
- Must have a high aptitude to learn new software as necessary for the business operations of the school.
- Current driver's license and valid car insurance
- Must be able to pass a state-mandated background check after a conditional offer of employment is made
- Must have favorable employment references
