THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IS A QUALIFIED PERSON WHO REPRESENTS THE AGENCY TO THE COMMUNITY. CSR COORDINATES WITH HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS TO ASSIST THEM IN THE CONTINUITY OF CARE NEEDED BY THE PATIENT/S AT HOME. CSR FACILITATES AN ONGOING RELATIONSHIP WITH THE AGENCY'S CLIENTS AND IS RESPONSIBLE TO COORDINATE COMMUNITY RELATION'S BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
