MSAD 53 is seeking a highly motivated and educationally passionate individual for the position of Director of Curriculum for our PK- 8 school district.
Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum, instruction, and assessment; Gifted and Talented programing; ESEA grant writing and management; and staff professional development planning and implementation. As well, the selected candidate will serve as a liaison between the district and Maine Central Institute (MCI).
This position is part of the District Administrative Team.
Qualifications:
Admin. 34 Professional K-12 (078) Curriculum Coordinator Certification
Educational leadership experience
Skilled in communication, collaboration, and problem solving
Start date: 2024-2025 school year
Salary: Based on experience (SALARY ABOVE IS ONLY AN ESTIMATE)
