Director Of Crisis

Adecco is currently seeking a Director of Crisis Services in Southern, Arizona. This is a full-time, direct hire role where you will be overseeing the day to day operations of our facility based Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point services. You will manage and mentor the Program Managers and Operation Administrators to ensure that clinical services and operations are delivered in accordance with our companies Policies and Procedures and Clinical Processes.

Minimum Education and Experience Required: 

• 5 years management experience or the equivalent through work experience in facility based crisis or medical facility.
• Data management including proficiency in excel and other reporting programming.
• Ability to obtain and maintain AZ fingerprint clearance or good cause exemption

Licenses, Certifications, Credentials, Registrations: 

• Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners Licensure preferred ( LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW).
• RN license if hired at the RN level
• AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card

Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $170,000.00 per year
