Director Of Community Outreach - Aba Referral Specialist"

Strive High, a well funded start up in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, is in search of a Director of Community Outreach. This pivotal role requires someone with a strong network and deep understanding of organizations under OPWDD and CCO (Care Coordination Organizations). The primary focus will be to leverage these connections to bring referrals for ABA services, particularly for children with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Outreach Planning: Develop and execute strategic outreach plans targeting organizations under OPWDD and CCO to increase referrals for ABA services.
• Building Strong Partnerships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within OPWDD and CCO, including administrators, case managers, and coordinators, to position Strive High as a trusted provider of ABA services.
• Referral Generation: Utilize existing connections and actively seek out new opportunities to generate referrals for ABA services, with a specific focus on children with autism.
• Representing Strive High: Act as the primary representative of Strive High in interactions with OPWDD, CCO, and related organizations, attending meetings, conferences, and events to promote our services and foster partnerships.
• Collaborative Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the needs and interests of OPWDD and CCO stakeholders.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Track referral sources and outcomes, analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Community Outreach, with a strong focus on generating referrals within the healthcare or disability services sector.
• Extensive network and established connections within OPWDD and CCO, with a proven track record of bringing in referrals for ABA services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of ABA principles and practices, with experience working with individuals with autism preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
