About The Role As the Director of Commercial Strategy & Operations at Frontier Communications, you will be a key member of our Product and Marketing team, responsible for shaping and executing our Commercial Strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and sustainable profitability.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a visionary leader, and a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of our industry and market dynamics. Responsibilities Develop and Implement Commercial Strategy:Design, lead, and execute the Wholesale Commercial Strategy, focusing on revenue growth, market positioning, and profitability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives Market Analysis:Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making Pricing and Revenue Optimization:Develop pricing strategies and revenue optimization models to maximize profitability while ensuring competitiveness in the market Sales and Business Development:Work closely with the sales and business development teams to define market segments, target customers, and sales channels. Provide guidance and support to drive sales growth Market Expansion:Explore and evaluate opportunities with Product and Marketing leads for market expansion, including new regions, product lines, or customer segments Performance Metrics:Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of Commercial initiatives. Continuously evaluate and adapt strategies to meet or exceed targets Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Commercial Strategy team.

Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration Risk Management:Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact the company's commercial endeavors. Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable Proven experience in a senior Commercial Strategy or leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion Deep knowledge of the Wholesale market, competitors, and trends Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data and develop revenue models Effective leadership and team management capabilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding business objectives Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Salary Range $105,000 - $205,000 Frontier salaries are estimated by third parties and may or may not reflect actual or total compensation.
