Position Summary:

As the Director of Clinical Services in Columbus, GA, you'll be responsible for the daily operations of Behavioral Health inpatient and outpatient Clinical Services. Your mission will be to advocate for and allocate resources to ensure efficient, effective, safe, quality, and compassionate care based on current standards of practice. You'll integrate clinical, human resource, and financial data to support decision-making and promote research and evidence-based practices. Compliance with regulatory and professional standards will be a top priority, and you'll develop, implement, and supervise quality programs and services for psychiatric patients and their families/significant others. Essential duties include:

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
• Required License: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $141,000 Signing Bonus: Yes Relocation Package: Full
