Job Summary: 

• The Director of Cardio, Cath Lab, & Vascular Services serves as a leader in planning, directing and managing the department staff to assure quality care to all patients.
• Responsible for the meeting TJC standards, complying with our policies, procedures, promoting teamwork with physicians, and all health care providers.
• Assists in the day-today operations of the department.
• Including performance improvement, staff competency, physician relations, strategic planning, patient safety, and budget.

Qualifications: 

• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing 

Additional Information: 

• Must have at least 2+ years of Manager/Dir level experience in Cath Lab
• Must be a RN with BSN
• Up To 15% bonus annual bonus, based on performance KPI's
