Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the company's Business Development strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to expand the customer base.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business threats and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of Business initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Business Development team, fostering a culture of innovation and success.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and Business Development activities.
- Attend and engage in networking events.
- Attend speaking engagements on behalf of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or related roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong strategic thinking and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a keen understanding of market dynamics
