The Opportunity

As we continue to enhance our capacity to transform primary care for all, the teams that support this expansion are also growing. We are seeking to bring on a world-class marketing leader to own the One Medical brand and strengthen our brand identity as we ready ourselves for the future. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Brand and Product Marketing will be a core part of One Medical's marketing team and will engage closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies. This individual will also be responsible for tailoring One Medical's value proposition for all service lines across the organization.

What You'll Likely Work On:

  • Drive company-level positioning and messaging and serve as the lead brand evangelist to ensure all touch points reflect and represent the brand
  • Drive creative execution working with internal creative teams and external agencies to support brand campaigns
  • Asses campaign effectiveness and brand impact, and and collaborate across teams to make recommendations on level of spend associated to brand
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and evaluate new opportunities for innovation and growth, across sales and marketing
  • Mentor, develop, and coach a talented Product Marketing team and represent work across all service lines
  • Build scalable and actionable process for integrating customer feedback and insights into messaging
  • Oversee external agency to manage overarching brand campaign, on time and within budget
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with financial and legal regulations and policies

What You'll Need:

  • 8+ years experience in marketing, including 4+ years with a focus on brand marketing
  • 3+ years experience managing direct reports and a passion for cultivating talent
  • Experience developing a breakthrough or innovative marketing campaign that garnered media attention and/or yielded strong results
  • Experience owning and managing the relationship with a creative agency
  • Ability to work cross functionally and with multiple levels of management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Detail oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement

This is a full-time role that can be based anywhere in the US, with travel up to 15%.

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $129,000 to $219,000. However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
