Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate deadlines for bookkeeping and accounting team
• Manage and oversee day-to-day deadlines, process documentation, and client deliverables
• Oversee and guide large client projects
• Ensure efficient processes and strong client deliverables
• Process Development and Improvement
• Provide support, education, and guidance with complex accounting principles

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A passion for doing a great job and providing exceptional client and peer experiences.
• A drive to raise the bar and continually grow and improve professionally
• Ability to think on your feet and outside of the box
• Ability to conduct yourself with confidence and authority on the subject matter
• Experienced with Quickbooks Online
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing and directing a team
• The ideal candidate will have the ability to delegate tasks while maintaining a strategic approach to management.
• Experience supporting a team, collaborating, and leaning on each other for support and help to ensure our clients always receive the highest level of service
• A sense of humor, a love of animals, and a genuine joy working with a great group of fun people!
