JOB SUMMARY
Directs and Administers patient/employee food service operations throughout the hospital.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelors Degree in a Food Management-related field preferred.
Experience: Five years of experience in hospital food management.
Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and skills in administration and leadership, employee relations, communication, management of fiscal resources, and legislation affecting food and Nutrition Services in the health care industry.
License/Certifications: Registered Dietitian. ServSafe Certification required within 30 days of hire/ transfer.
