Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes through Order to Remittance (OTR). Deliver business sales, contribution margin, develop proposals; negotiate with customers.
- Drive pricing strategies to increase sales and improve margins
- Identify and execute pro-active actions to reduce spares inventory and increase inventory turns
- Partner with supply chain to minimize sellable spare parts delinquency
- Drive results and efficiency in order management with improved digital tools and data integration
- Lead teams to improved forecast and predictability of customer demand
- Identify and resolve customer issues to drive win-win solutions. Main executive responsible for Defense Logistics Agency and Boeing Distribution Inc relationships
- Build & foster stronger, transparent & collaborative customer relationships centered around trust.
- Manages a large team of teams of senior & lead professionals & order management contractors. Requires specialized knowledge within the function.
- Strong Influencing and Negotiation skills and leadership coaching to facilitate contract renewals and new campaigns
- Improve team culture in utilizing Lean as a Management system
- Continuously drive for improved Diversity and Inclusion
- Stay informed on industry trends to help shape business strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and or Master's Degree from an Accredited College or University (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Clearance
