Role: Director of Integrated Marketing
Location: Remote, USA
The Director of Integrated Marketing will play a critical role in developing and managing the execution of global integrated campaigns. They will partner with our Head of Marketing (HOM) to generate new business growth for their industry. Serving in a consultative role, this individual will develop the Marketing Mix based on a Decision Making Framework (DMF) and generate a Campaign Brief to active the cross-functional team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Integrated Marketing, the ideal candidate will have a strategic, results-driven mindset with a proven ability to maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive change and exceed targets. They are resourceful inside and outside the company, committed to continuous improvement, and passionate about marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build collaborative relationships with executive stakeholders and business leaders within account base
- Acts as key point of contact for Heads of Marketing.
- Define campaign strategies with the HOM based on GTM & DMF briefings.
- Develops Marketing Mix based on DMF and Campaign Brief in partnership with capability leads.
- Owner of overall campaign execution success, in partnership with PMO driving project management sprints
- Ensures that all assets created to support the campaign are on-message and aligned to brand and goals
- Manages iterative touchpoints with HOM to ensure alignment
- Responsible for ensuring risks are outlined, mitigated, or escalated when necessary
- Develops Communication Strategy & in-market cadence (with support/input from HOM)
- Drives optimization and updates with inflight campaigns (with support from capability leads
- Works with marketing Ops for resource planning and allocation
- Lead collaboration across other marketing leaders to align on programs, including budget and resources
- Oversee development of programs that reflect insight into a client's journey through the conversion funnel
- Responsible for ensuring outcomes at the end of each campaign are documents and distributed to the wider marketing audience
Basic Qualifications
