Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is searching for a Director of Marketing to help us transform the insurance industry. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment where they can use their ideas to create, manage, and execute high-volume, transactional marketing plans to support a high-velocity sales engine for our EZLynx business.

 

What You'll Do

  • Manage the execution of EZLynx's marketing plans that align with the organization's goals (lead generation campaigns, growth strategies, thought leadership.)
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns to drive high velocity and volume online demand generation
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Collaborate with content marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent delivery of thought leadership and brand awareness campaigns to drive SEO and word of mouth opportunities.
  • Manage, track, and report on marketing programs and lead development on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and as-needed basis. Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
  • Define and coordinate development of sales enablement kits, ensuring materials support sales needs and requirements (brochures, white papers/eBooks, newsletters, interactive web content, event support, presentations, etc.). Work with sales enablement on dissemination of marketing campaigns to the sales force, ensuring materials align with their use in the sales process
  • Partner with other departments on internal communication needs including town halls and organizational updates

What You'll Need to Succeed

We're looking for someone who:

  • Can work from an Applied office/hybrid working model
    • Locations: Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

  • 7-10 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of executing comprehensive transactional B2B/B2C marketing plans and running campaigns in support of organizational strategy
  • Robust experience in managing digital marketing strategies, with strong background in paid and organic search, online advertising, and all other digital channels
  • Experience in a vertical SaaS organization
  • Experience with consumer lead generation
  • Strong ability to operate in a highly matrixed model of operations
  • Working knowledge of CRMs, Salesforce.com preferred; with knowledge of Marketo, On24, Drift, Calendly, Seismic, Google AdWords, SEMRush (or other SEO tools), and all pertinent social platforms and advertising, like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and more
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
