The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate HR strategies, along with policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, while ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. This position will be responsible for oversight of Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, and daily HR activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education
- Masters Degree Required in Human Resources or related field within 2 years of employment
- Minimum Work Experience
- 5 - 7 years progressive HR management experience or related position responsible for all pillars of HR; experience in hospital setting preferred.
- Required Licenses/Certifications for position
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred or obtain within 18 months of employment.
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate to all levels of the organization and outside.
- Expert knowledge of compensation, benefits, and applicable regulatory compliance.
- Must display strong self initiative and demonstrated ability of analytical skills and accomplished project management.
- Comprehensive knowledge with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word and Power Point required.
- In depth work experience or knowledge of fully funded and self insured benefit plans and incentive compensation programs.
- Evidence of proficiency in written communication and ability to communicate under pressure on behalf of the organization.

- Ability to multi-task and reach results. High standard of integrity is a must especially ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to stay current on the best practices in HR and initiative to make recommendations for implementation.
- Leadership abilities and management competencies required.
