As the Director of Human Resources Operations and Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to create and implement HR programs and processes across 22 locations and involving over 2500 employees. You will also work as the Human Resources Business Partner for three members of our Executive Leadership Team. This role will partner with the CFO, SVP Sales and CHRO to effectively lead all matters related to talent, leadership and culture within their teams. There is also room to grow as we shape the Human Resources organization for our planned future growth.
Reporting to the CHRO, the Director of HR Operations and Business Partner will design, drive, and lead strategic organization-wide initiatives related to human resources systems and processes and is a change agent for the broader organization. At the same time this role will have the unique experience deploying those initiatives into the Finance, Sales, and HR functions as a Human Resources Business Partner.

Responsibilities
- Provides strategic human resources leadership on matters affecting the business.
- Partners with human resources leadership team to develop the human resources long-range plan and annual operating plan
- Drives and designs overall human resources operations strategy including technology, process and governance. Drives continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
- Drives the HRIS selection process and roadmap. Oversees the HRIS implementation and ongoing technology and processes.
- Drives and designs overall compensation and benefits processes aligned to executive compensation philosophy and total rewards.
- Partners with executive leadership to develop strategy, long range planning, workforce planning, and leads the talent, leadership and culture processes. Proactively recommends and implements actions to help achieve planned business results.
- Provides insights and advice on talent and leadership performance to strategies and goals. Leads human resources analyses to advise the business, identify opportunities to drive business improvements, and ensure the appropriate information is included in business case analyses.
- Drives the people processes (performance, development, and career) to ensure that employees' level of performance and capabilities meet current and future standards
- Performs full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management; department budget
Qualifications
Job Skills Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of principles & practices of HR, including HR regulations and compliance
- Experience in building business plans for functions and HR strategy development
- Skilled in employee relations with demonstrated ability to partner and influence at all levels in the business and to be viewed as a credible, valuable source of information and integral part of management team
- Experience building and/or delivering change management and organizational development strategies
- Strong organization and time management/project management skills necessary to prioritize and oversee project or team with multiple assignments and to meet set deadlines; ability to react quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong communication skills to facilitate work with diverse groups of employees
- Solid computer skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum ten years related professional, progressive experience in human resources, manufacturing preferred, with a minimum five years of management experience
