Savage X Fenty is currently looking for a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

As a Director, Financial Planning & Analysis you will be responsible for preparing and overseeing the monthly forecast and annual budget for North America's expanding operation including both online and Retail, supporting the Savage X Fenty leadership team as well as providing regular and ad hoc analyses (often around growth / operational metrics) for the organization.

This role will work closely with key members of numerous teams on various facets of the company - primarily domestic but occasionally international - to devise strategic solutions to unique business problems. This position will report to the VP, Financial Planning & Analysis - Savage X Fenty.
What You Will Do:

• Oversight of North American operation including financials related to e-commerce and Retail segments.
• Ownership of annual budgeting process including coordination with leadership team on topline projections, headcount, operating expense and capital expenditure investments.
• Participate as a key member of the Savage X Fenty's finance team in strategic and tactical planning, and managing financial performance while providing oversight, coaching and development of two financial analysts.
• Preparation of materials for Board presentations as well as various ad hoc reporting needs.
• Issue regular status and ad hoc reports to senior management, investors and Board.
• Understanding and ability to provide strategic insights behind lifetime value, media payback and other key financial concepts.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve overall financial insights by analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Interface with senior leadership to confirm assumptions and processes used for budgeting and forecasting as well as provide input to assist with inventory planning.
• Act as sounding board and gate keeper for investments, hiring and project decisions.

What You Can Bring:

• 8+ years relevant experience operating in a highly analytical FP&A role (investment banking, private equity, venture capital and/or startup experience preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging Financial Systems (i.e. Hyperion, Oracle, SmartView) and data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau) to empower a global organization to efficiently plan and monitor financial performance.
• Ability to work without direct supervision, efficiently manage tasks and time and provide direction to team of analysts
• Passion to continuously provide exceptional customer service to all internal business partners.
• Highly analytical and quantitative-minded; a self-starter and ability to manage projects independently.
• Very detail oriented, with strong organization skills and ability to maintain and keep track of multiple information sources.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with three statement modeling
• Experience in Fashion Industry and/or Ecommerce is not required but is a plus

The annual base salary range for this position is from $150,000-$174,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Savage X Fenty expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate's related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
