Provides excellent service to Trust & Estate clients to deliver an exceptional client experience. Provides excellent sales support to regional wealth management team to identify new fiduciary business and make referrals to other business groups through development and maintenance of COI network.
- Manages trust, agency or probate accounts in the role of trustee.
- Identifies opportunities to grow existing relationships and develop new business.
- Makes presentations to clients, prospects, and centers of influence based upon their needs.
- Act as the Relationship Manager to assigned clients and effectively interacts with others assigned to the client/relationship team.
- Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.
- Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Performs sales & service support activities as required to meet client needs and maintain overall service levels.
- Meets high-quality service standards to maximize relationship retention and growth.
- Follows through on the risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers’ assets, maintain their privacy, act in their best interests, and ensures an effectively run function.
- Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required. J.D. or other post-secondary degree preferred, but not required.
- Seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of Fiduciary Administration practices, typically developed with 10+ years of a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.
- Able to manage ambiguity.
- Sense of humor, decency and kindness; team-player.
Compensation and Benefits:
$110,000.00 - $204,100.00

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
