Director - Enterprise Services

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy:

   • Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure and network service delivery aligned with the overall business objectives.
   • Provide visionary leadership to the infrastructure and network teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
   • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and align technology solutions accordingly.

2. Automation Expertise:

   • Leverage automation tools and technologies to streamline infrastructure and network service delivery reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.
   • Identify opportunities for the implementation of DevOps practices to enhance the speed and reliability of infrastructure deployments and network configurations.

3. Consulting Services:

   • Draw upon consulting experience to understand client needs and deliver tailored infrastructure and network solutions.
   • Collaborate with clients to assess existing infrastructure, provide recommendations for improvement, and ensure successful project delivery.

4. Offshore Delivery Model:

   • Oversee and run the offshore delivery model, ensuring effective collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
   • Develop and maintain strong relationships with offshore partners, monitoring service delivery and ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

5. Team Management:

   • Lead a high-performance team of infrastructure and network professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
   • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to keep the team's skills up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

6. Risk Management:

   • Identify potential risks related to infrastructure and network operations and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
   • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards, taking a proactive approach to cybersecurity.

   • Qualifications:

     • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
     • Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing infrastructure and network operations.
     • Strong background in implementing automation solutions and optimizing processes.
     • Extensive experience in a consulting services environment with a focus on infrastructure and network solutions.
     • In-depth knowledge of offshore delivery models and successful collaboration with offshore teams.
     • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
     • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITSM,PMP) are a plus.
