Description & Requirements Position Summary The Director, Global, Digital & Transformation is tasked with leading and creating new ways of working. Sitting within the Global Operations hub, this role will work closely with global operations, global data, tech and tools, and global client advice management to build new processes and maximize the value delivered to clients. The role requires a strong leader with proven experience at juggling multiple high-level projects at once, managing multiple internal and external stake holder groups, and a background in digital strategy and activation.
Key Responsibilities - Identify, develop and implement transformation solutions that improve process work flows by driving operational consistency and ultimately enhancing delivered value. This includes the creation and maintenance of process playbooks and frameworks, the deployment of best practices to local and regional hubs, and on-going governance of process implementation and adherence. Oversee Global Brand Safety management across all LOBs inclusive of maintaining brand safety baseline recommendations, facilitating global emergency response protocols, and sharing new product updates with local and regional teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing between countries via multiple mechanisms including deploying digital learnings, thought leadership, POVs, etc., developing and maintaining formal knowledge sharing programs, and assisting with developing Rufus's community of digital leaders Support the development and implementation of new operating models for specific buying platforms and/or LOBs Assist with global ad-hoc LOB-specific projects such as global tentpole briefings, value negotiations, ad server migrations, etc. Create and maintain operational auditing documents to have more holistic visibility into local team operations, systems, structure and tools Participate in the training of new country and LOB onboardings to ensure teams are acting in compliance with standard digital operating procedures related to brand safety, ad serving, digital best practices, etc. Managing the transition of Amazon Ad Server for LOBs including working with local teams to develop timelines and schedule trainings Overseeing Cross-LOBs pre- and post-bid brand safety implementation, facilitating global emergency response protocols and ensuring local and global hub team compliance with brand safety reporting procedures Participating in the training of new country onboarding ensuring teams are acting in compliance with specific LOBs planning and activation standard operating procedures.

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.
