Job Description:
Critical thought partner and strategic advisor to the SVP Digital and members of his/her leadership team. Plays a critical role in Digital Strategy development, organizational effectiveness and management routines/system, and consistent measurement and reporting of KPIs. Supports digital leadership team in various product areas with management and orchestration of the portfolio of enterprise initiatives as well as overall process mapping and compliance coordination. Enables core capabilities of the Digital team by ensuring accurate data is available to monitor performance, deliver scorecards and to size opportunities to aid prioritization. Provide standardization, governance and COEs for key digital functions (e.g. AB testing, personalization) that create efficiencies for the business users. Partner with SVP and digital leadership team to manage vendors and expenses to maximize return and fund innovation. Lead Digital Strategy and Operations team and drive a culture of operational excellence, high employee engagement and satisfaction across the entire digital team.
Responsibilities:
- Leads Digital Strategy and Operations team in enabling operational excellence and innovation; ensures digital team has data, vendors, processes and tools to deliver best in class digital platforms (app, web site and communication channels) Drive a data-inspired team that enables better prioritization and identifies new opportunities.
- Oversees the intake process and execution of key initiatives by forming collaborative partnerships with colleagues across businesses and functional areas. Ensures initiative goals and OKRs are aligned with objectives. Support process mapping and compliance initiatives across the digital team and promote a culture of compliance and risk.
- Creates standards for operational metrics and reporting and OKRs that are aligned to SVP Digital priorities. Establishes and ensures timely access to scorecards, and performance metrics. Articulates executive reporting for c-suite and board level audiences on a regular basis. Lead centers of excellence for key digital capabilities including AB testing and personalization as well as emerging capabilities.
- Partner with SVP and Finance team to ensure accurate and effective expense planning, budget, and forecasting.
- Partner with SVP and Digital leaders to drive employee engagement across Digital team; lead department specific training and development, team building and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree in, Business Administration and Management or Information Technology.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration and Management.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum: 12+ years of Strategy and planning, operations, analytics, research and/customer experience design or development for large scale consumer facing websites and mobile apps.
- 5+ years of leading teams responsible for analytics, Strategy and/or operational excellence.
- 5+ years of financial, card issuer, banking industry with direct experience managing compliance and risk issues.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $173,000.00 to $263,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
