Form of workADP is hiring a Director- Data Analytics & AI.
In this position you will be responsible for leading a team to drive game changing business insights using GenAI, machine learning, and data mining. The role will work cross-functionally with executives, clients, product managers, analysts, architects, and engineers to plan, design, develop, test, and implement AI/ML solutions and provide analytics insights to drive business growth and create a market differentiator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide hands-on subject matter expertise in AI with deep machine learning expertise including GenAI technologies such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
- Identify opportunities to create market differentiation using AI/ML technologies.
- Responsible for leading, managing, and coaching Data Analytics and AI/ML professionals
- Create an AI innovation lab to rapidly test new ideas and deploy end to end models.
- Collaborate with Business, Product Managers, Architects, & Analysts to incubate ideas.
- Define AI/ML best practices and implementation lifecycle.
- The position identifies new strategies, predictions, recommendations that can be effectively implemented within organization.
- Design business use cases for new ideas with clearly articulated business benefits.
- Implement successful ideas to Production in partnership with product and technology departments.
- Responsible for providing day to day data insights using standard data tools like SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Act as an expert source of technology and application knowledge within their domain technologies
- Participates in upfront planning and identification of key performance indicators and ROI tied to strategies.
- Draws strategic and tactical conclusions from analyses to make recommendations and influence future implementations.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- 7+ years’ in designing and implementing machine learning models at scale.
- 5-7 years’ people leadership experience in managing data science, data engineering resources and teams.
- 8-10 years’ overall experience in Data analytics space with progressive growth and successful deployments.
- Experience with cutting edge technologies including deep generative models like ChatGPT and Codex Models like GitHub Copilot.
- Experience in building architecture on AWS/Databricks.
- Hands-on experience with standard Data Analytics tools and databases including SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, etc.
- Expert problem-solving skills required to interpret complex information and present the best way to move forward.
- Technical and Business acumen to participate in the analysis, design, testing and implementation.
- Communication skills with ability to clearly explain complex issues and drive consensus.
- Innovation with ability to “think outside the box” is important.
- Ability to work co-operatively as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related quantitative field desirable.
