About the Position:
Reporting to the VP, Corporate Communications the Director, Corporate Communications will be responsible for helping to develop and execute corporate communication strategies aligned with company goals. This hybrid role is based in our Boulder, CO office.
Essential Job Duties and Functions (including, but not limited to):
- Draft and lead the execution of corporate press releases.
- Manage and be a strategic owner for the corporate website, including hosting, content, and brand updates.
- Build and help execute social media strategy through competitive research and tracking of success. Oversee the creation and distribution of social media content. Create and maintain social media editorial calendars.
- Support Investor and analyst event management. Summarize and distribute analyst coverage for corporate events, maintain quarterly estimates.
- Monitor corporate competitive intelligence and distribute internal reports.
- Support communication projects across teams and departments. Manage external graphic design partner.
- Support internal communications partnering with human resources and the executive committee.
- Build strong relationships with relevant stakeholders across the organization, including cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistency of messaging.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA or other advanced degree a plus) with 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, including writing and editing.
- Strong financial and investment analysis skills.
- Ability to work well across multiple functional areas.
- Ability to work well and enjoy a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Ability to create concise and accurate presentations.
- Strong commitment to compliance with ethical standards.
Salary range: $160,000-$220,000, title and salary commensurate with experience
