What You'll Do:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director, Content Marketing. - Manage the planning, production, promotion, and measurement of all Content Marketing/thought leadership assets (blogs, whitepapers, research reports, podcasts, webinars, infographics, digital ads, conference panels, and videos) across paid, earned, and owned marketing channels.
- Engage cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Analytics to generate ideas for meaningful content that reinforces how our solutions can benefit healthcare marketers.
- Develop and execute an ABM Content Marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and generate leads to support the company's growth strategy for key accounts.
- Develop, distribute, and maintain editorial standards to ensure consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to build and execute a comprehensive thought leadership strategy to accelerate brand credibility, trust, and expertise within the healthcare industry.
- Work with the VP of Growth to build, launch, and grow a new sub-brand of DeepIntent focused on health advertising insights, education, and conversation.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing and Events teams to build an online community that encourages engagement, sharing, and active participation in discussions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, industry leaders, and influencers to inform content.
- Collaborate with the Events team to execute events and webinars that showcase the organization's expertise and thought leadership.
- Synthesize qualitative findings with quantitative data to provide a holistic understanding of market dynamics.
- Develop and publish comprehensive reports and insights to the market.
- Utilize key performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions, ROI, etc.) to assess and enhance content effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing content development and distribution, with at least 2 years of management experience.
- Mandatory healthcare and/or adtech writing and editing experience, coupled with an in-depth understanding of the market.
- Experience creating a Content Marketing or thought leadership program from the ground up.
- Ability to develop messaging and narrative from complex data, translating analytic insights into actionable intelligence for healthcare marketers.
- Exceptional project management and production skills, across written, video, and audio formats with a strong commitment to quality.
- Goal-oriented team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously.

DeepIntent is proud to offer a competitive compensation package inclusive of a base salary range of $130,000 -$150,000. The base salary range takes into consideration each candidates skills, experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer an annualized bonus/commissions plan and competitive benefits as well as many other company offerings.
We are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.
