- 15+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience
- Experience leading and managing teams of lawyers with diverse skillsets and developing employee engagement and performance
- Juris doctorate (or equivalent) and admitted to the bar in good standing required
- Trial experience in American and, if possible, foreign courts and international arbitral tribunals
- Deep knowledge and experience in a wide variety of subject areas, such as antitrust, class actions, privacy, product safety, securities
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal business clients at all levels of management and cross-functional teams to develop solutions to sophisticated legal and business problems
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, a strategic thinker who can handle a complex and varied docket of considerable size
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience as a leader and people manager
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $292,600 and $467,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
