Work Schedule:
This position is full-time and remoteMonday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

Purpose of Your Work:
As a Director – Channel Partnership Developmentworking within Redwood Supply Chain Solutions (one of our entities),you will be responsible for soliciting Consultant, Cost Takeout and Private Equity firms to participate in the Redwood Channel Partner Program. A key function of the position is to promote the overall Redwood Channel Partner offering to potential Channel Partners in the Consultant, Cost Takeout and Private Equity space and sponsor the growth of strategic sales opportunities (referral / leads) through these partnerships. Direct sales of Redwood’s suite of supply chain services resulting from CP opportunities (referrals / leads) will be supported by the Managed Services Sales Team.
How You Make a Difference Everyday:
- Co-develop and execute strategy to successfully pursue and sign new productive Channel Partners in the Consultant, Cost Takeout & Private Equity space
- Promote Redwood’s suite of supply chain services to current and potential Channel Partners
- Effectively manage the commercialization of the Channel Partner agreements to ensure a motivated partner and maximum return for Redwood
- Build a qualified pipeline focused on goal-oriented Channel Partner additions
- Meet and exceed established budgeted growth goals including new Channel Partners and revenue resulting from Channel Partner referrals / leads
- Make sales calls to current and potential Channel Partners, focusing on leads and opportunities for Redwood’s Managed Services
- Facilitate lead flow and communication between Channel Partners and the Managed Service sellers assigned to the referrals / leads
- Effectively manage the establishment of Channel partners throughout the entire sales cycle, communicating both internally and externally with key stakeholders
- Consult with the channel Partners to offer various solutions that will solve current supply chain challenges while enabling future scale
- Understand Channel Partner’s business models, requirements and scope to qualify potential opportunities
- Develop and present Channel Partner facing presentations for multiple categories of Channel Partners
- Collect requirements for, manage, and facilitate customer presentations
- Effectively transition customer solutions from the sales cycle to the appropriate delivery teams
- Participate in QBR’s and continuous improvement feedback loops with the Channel Partner to drive organic growth within the current book of business
- Recommend sales strategies for improvements based on market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain strategic Channel Partner and Redwood relationships
- Manage multiple channel selling strategies
- Report on department activity as requested
- Perform other related duties as assigned
You’ve Got This?
- Significant Consultant / Cost Takeout / Private Equity (PE) contacts
- Minimum 3-5 years in a consultant, cost takeout or PE trade group with a significant access to decision makers within these groups
- Minimum 3-5 years demonstrated sales experience focused on consultants, cost takeout and / or Private Equity
- Experience with transportation services helpful
- Strong negotiation, communication, analysis, and networking skills from C-level to end user
- Strong leadership skills
- Flexibility to quickly adapt to business need and/or industry changes
- Strategic thinker
- Travel up to 25%
