As the Case Management – Director, you'll be responsible for ensuring compliance with global safety reporting regulations, managing the Case Management Group, and providing regulatory expertise. Requirements for the Director - Case Manager
Education & Experience:
- Doctorate/Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with 4/8/10 years of related experience.
- 4 years of managerial experience.
Experience Required:
- Interacting with regulators during inspections.
- Organizational expertise in defined subject areas.
- Knowledge of FDA, EMEA, and international pharmacovigilance regulations.
- Collaboration and leadership skills.
- Business change implementation experience.
- Proficiency in technical safety systems.
- Vendor management experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of global regulatory requirements for pharmacovigilance.
- Expertise in all aspects of case management.
- Experience managing vendor relationships.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understanding the impact of emerging scientific/technical trends on the organization.

- Knowledge of global regulatory requirements for pharmacovigilance.
- Extensive people management experience.
