Salary Range: 82,000 - 92,805 USD Annually
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Total compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
ABOUTTHETEAM: Creative, dynamic and hardworking, the B2B Marketing team creates and executes programs that drive thought leadership, awareness and sales leads for the 30+ industry media brands at ALM. We are a revenue-driven marketing team that develops innovative content marketing programs, advertising, research, and trade show strategies that support our sales teams in seven different vertical markets.
JOBDESCRIPTION: The Director, B2B Marketing Solutions manages the marketing automation operations of the Marketing Services to drive thought leadership and sales leads to all of the salespeople who sell the 30+ media brands at ALM. This position manages the operational strategy and execution surrounding our Pardot/Salesforce solution including everything from deployment of emails to tracking, managing and evaluating the revenue driving effectiveness of our marketing programs. In addition, the Director oversees the B2B Marketing tradeshow, barter, and research activities of the group, and all budgeting and expense tracking involved in these activities. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and Custom Solutions.
Anticipated start date is January 8, 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Pardot/Salesforce marketing automation operations including everything from email deployment, data collection and analysis, and creating and management of dashboards.
- Leads sales enablement of our marketing automation capabilities, educating our sales team to optimize usage of the marketing automation operation.
- Leads our B2B Marketing research activities including our website audit and brand awareness research for each of our major brands.
- Works with brand leaders to create and manage our trade show exhibition strategy and execution.
- Manages the financial tracking aspects of all of our barters across all brands.
- Manages the details of the B2B Marketing group's budget including tradeshow and event spending, content marketing and other expenses.
Qualifications:
- High-energy, get-things-done marketing professional who loves working with brand and sales leaders to get things done and meet and execute organizational goals.
- 3-5 years experience working with Pardot/Salesforce or similar marketing automation implementations.
- Experience managing a budget.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and collaboration skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable taking charge and leading conversations.
- Sound judgment for problem solving and decision making.
- Previous experience managing trade show exhibitions and research programs is helpful.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe, Tealium and other website engagement tracking a plus.
