  • Design and implement enhancements to Ethics & Compliance data analytics to make and facilitate data-driven, risk-based decisions and recommendations and to identify and track key risk indicators and emerging risks.
  • Promote the continuous improvement of the Ethics & Compliance program’s analytics capability by piloting new efforts to use data to provide useful insights.
  • Drive efficiency by supporting the creation of repeatable, automated data solutions.
  • Support the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and other Ethics & Compliance leaders with high-priority initiatives, objectives, and matters.

  • Partner with IT and others to build dashboards to track metrics, generate automated reports, and provide insights into the effectiveness of our Ethics & Compliance program.
  • Identify and address opportunities to enhance Ethics & Compliance program documentation and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Serve as a key contributor and thought leader within Ethics & Compliance, driving relevant strategic, organizational, and operational initiatives.
  • Effectively distill complex situations and technical matters and communicate them simply and effectively to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop reports in response to ad hoc information and analytics requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Be resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCEP, CFE, or CPA) preferred.
  • Extensive experience owning and driving ethics and compliance program activities, including experience developing and implementing data and analytics, systems, and reporting strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous program improvement through data-driven processes and utilization of technology and other tools.
  • Significant experience designing and implementing data dashboards, including visualization, interface, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of key issues and solutions relating to data quality, cleansing, management, and transformation.
  • Outstanding analytical, technology, and communication (written and oral) skills.
  • Highly effective communicator with strong personal presence and credibility and the ability to influence, engage, collaborate, and build trust-based relationships at all levels and across the organization.
  • Excellent organization and project-management skills.
  • Strong decision-making capabilities, even in ambiguous situations; adept at solving problems and seeing them through to resolution.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement successful program enhancements.
  • Humble, resilient, and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
