We use:

- SCRUM-inspired agile development process.
We are looking for engineers and engineering leaders who have:
- Passion for solving challenging problems by delivering clean and performant code;
- Profound understanding of distributed system design and data intensive applications;
- SOLID Software Engineering expertise (OOA/OOD, TDD, CI/CD);
- Strong adherence to agile values;
- Team-first, proactive approach to work and great communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead 2-4 distributed teams; each team consists of a manager and 3-9 engineers, each team is responsible for 1-3 products within the Alli suite;
- Provide technical oversight to the teams, lead (and/or participating in) the process of making key architectural decisions;
- Ensure teams deliver required functionality on time, based on the current product roadmap; partner with the Product team to evolve the roadmap based on customer feedback and team capacity; coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders; maintain a balance between developing new features and addressing technical debt;
- Assess current and upcoming needs for product development, acting to staff teams with qualified engineers by both up-skilling current ICs and hiring new ones, making sure team bandwidth and velocity keeps increasing over time while constantly raising the quality bar.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior engineering IC role;
- At least 3 years of experience in an engineering manager role while still being hands on;
- Experience in a manager-of-managers role;
- Deep expertise with modern technologies for building highly scalable data-intensive applications, good familiarity with at least 70% of our tech stack;
- Good understanding of/interest in MarTech domain
