```Duties```
- Provide Direct Support and care to individuals in various settings such as assisted living facilities, hospice care, or childcare centers.
- Assist with daily activities including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring the well-being and safety of individuals under your care.
- Create a clean and comfortable environment by maintaining cleanliness and organization in living spaces.
- Foster a supportive and compassionate atmosphere for individuals, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
```Experience```
- Previous experience in Direct Support or caregiving roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and knowledge of emergency response systems.
- Experience in childcare, assisted living, hospice care, or similar settings is a plus.
- Proficiency in medication administration and understanding of proper dosage and timing.
- Ability to effectively communicate with individuals of diverse backgrounds and varying levels of ability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation of care provided.
