We're looking for 1-2 people to help support people with disabilities to procure and maintain meaningful work and relationships. Provide service recipients with direct care, supervision on and off job sites. Individualized Home Support and responsible for program implementation.
Job Specifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Full time: Average of 32.5 hours/week: M-F 8am -2:30pm
Part time: flexible hours.
Salary Range: $14.35 - $17.01/hour based on experience.

Additional requirements: Valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background study.
